Eligibility:

To apply for credit with V12 Retail Finance, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have been a UK resident for 3 years or more
• Be able to make repayments by direct debit
• In full time employment (at least 16 hours per week) OR self-employed OR retired and over 50 years of age OR in receipt of an invalidity or disability allowance
• Your shipping and billing address must be the same address that is on your application form.

If you are dissatisfied with our response and your agreement is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge, but you must do so within six months of the date of the final response or 8 week holding letter. 30 days right to reject:
